This is a partial/incomplete listing as I have not yet explored the Mangano-Mazzella Farm Preserve.
The land trust acquired the property in 2024.
From the land trust site: “The property was once farmed by the Rozensky family who kept dairy cows and sold fruits and vegetables. East Haddam Land Trust purchased the property from the Mangano and Mazzella families in 2024. The acquisition was generously supported by grants from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protections’s Open Space and Watershed Acquisition program and the Bafflin Foundation, as well as generous donations from private donors.”
