I can confirm there is a trail here, a wide old woods road that starts right next to a town public works area. It heads downhill for about a third of a mile next until right after a tree has fallen across the trail there is a sign nailed high on another tree that says ‘End of Trail’.
There isn’t much to see here and the distance hardly makes it worthwhile at all however, it appears the trail gets regular use.
History
The Town of Tolland acquired the property in 2003 when it was purchased from Henry Gottier for $585,000.
