History:

From the Haddam Land Trust site,

In 1998 the owner, William Nedobity, made the decision to donate his property on the North side of the road (excluding the house lot of 2 acres) to the Land Trust. In 2000, William Nedobity bequeathed the remainder of the property to the Land Trust.
