This is a partial/incomplete listing as I have not yet explored the Farm Creek Preserve.

History:

The Norwalk Land Trust acquired the property in four stages:

  • Kulze Property, acquired 1992 from the Nature Conservancy
  • Langdon Trail, acquired 1992 from the Nature Conservancy
  • Hart Peninsula, acquired via conservation easement from the City of Norwalk in 2007
  • Schoendorf Preserve at Farm Creek, acquired in 2008.
