This is a partial/incomplete page as I have not yet explored Billings Lake.
The land portion of Billings Lake is a southern parcel of Pachaug State Forest adjacent to some land owned by the Town of North Stonington. It seems likely that there are some rough trails here that likely include old woods roads. There also appears to be a nice rocky outcrop east of the boat launch that should have some good views. There is one claim of a nature trail around the lake.
